Why I Do This
I didn’t get into this because everything worked.
I got into it because it didn’t.
During a difficult period in my life, I threw myself into weight training without real guidance and ended up dealing with GI issues, joint pain, fatigue, and frustration. I was putting in effort into the gym and my diet but feeling worse than ever.
At some point, I realized the problem wasn’t effort. It was what I was focusing on.
I started thinking about what actually matters in life.
Some things are short-lived. Some things don’t affect many people. Some things you have no control over. Some barely move the needle.
Health isn’t one of those things.
It affects every part of your life, for as long as you live. You have more control over it than most things. And when it’s off, everything else becomes harder.
That realization changed how I approach everything. It’s rarely just one issue. It’s how everything connects.
That’s why I don’t chase trends or focus on surface-level fixes.
I focus on what actually drives your energy, your performance, your ability to think clearly, and how you show up day to day. When you get those right, everything else becomes easier.
If you’ve been putting in effort and not seeing results, it’s probably not because you’re doing nothing.
It’s because you’re focusing on the wrong things. That’s what I help you fix.
