Every angle.
Every tool.
Every time.

No single lens sees the whole picture, so I don’t rely on just one.

Health isn’t just nutrition, training, or mindset. It’s how they work together. The most effective solutions come from addressing all of them as one system.

Biology & Physiology

Lab work, nutrition, and internal health, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.

Informed by functional medicine, bioenergetics, and evidence-based nutrition.

Behavior & Psychology

Habits, patterns, and decision-making frameworks. Knowing what to do is one thing, but knowing how to implement it is another.

Informed by behavioral psychology, habit science, and mindset work.

Training & Performance

How you move, train, and recover, and how that shapes your results.

Informed by exercise physiology, strength training, and performance science.

Environment & Lifestyle

Sleep, stress, light, movement, and daily structure are the context everything else lives in.

Informed by lifestyle design, circadian biology, and environmental health.

The answer is rarely just one thing.

Most practitioners operate within a single discipline.

A dietitian looks at food. A trainer looks at movement. A therapist looks at behavior.

Each sees part of the picture, but not the whole.

I was trained as a Registered Dietitian, but my work extends far beyond it.

I’ve studied nutrition, exercise science, behavioral psychology, recovery, and lifestyle design because real problems don’t exist in isolation.

When you work with me, you don’t get a narrow specialist.

You get someone who can shift perspectives, connect the dots, and apply the right tool at the right time.

That’s where real results come from.

How Your System Is Built

Every client starts in a different place. The process adapts but the intention stays the same: understand everything, build something that actually works, and stay in it with you.

  • Intake and Evaluation

We start with a deep intake: your goals, history, habits, symptoms, labs, lifestyle, and what’s actually getting in the way.

  • Testing if Needed

When it makes sense, we use lab work, bloodwork, or other targeted diagnostics to get a clearer picture and guide the next step.

  • Build the System

From there, we build your personalized system across nutrition, performance, recovery, and daily habits, designed to work in your real life.

  • Review & Refine

As your body, schedule, and goals change, the system evolves too. We reassess, adjust, and shift when needed so progress keeps moving.

How I Work

Healthcare is too rigid. The wellness space chases the next trend. I’ve worked in both. Neither wants to accept that reality requires nuance.

I’ve spent years working in research and clinical nutrition. I understand how to read the data, what it tells us, and why it matters. But I also understand its limits.

The scientific method isolates variables and controls conditions. Real life doesn’t work that way. People don’t live in controlled environments, and results don’t come from perfect conditions.

That’s where most plans fall apart.

So I take what actually works, from research, performance, behavioral psychology, and real-world application, and apply it where it creates results.

No dogma. No ideology. No forcing you into a system that doesn’t fit your life.

If you want rigid rules, this isn’t it. If you want someone who can cut through the noise and build something that actually works for you, we’ll get along just fine.

Principles Behind the System

  • Radical Personalization

There’s no universal plan. Everything is built around your biology, your goals, and your life. Nothing copied. Nothing forced.

  • Honesty Over Comfort

You’ll get straight answers. Not everything will be easy, but everything will be honest and focused on what actually moves you forward.

  • Integration, Not Silos

Nutrition, training, and behavior are connected. Treating them separately is why most plans fail. Everything we build works together.

  • Grounded in Evidence

Research matters. I use it. But it’s a tool, not a rulebook. Context, experience, and real-world results matter just as much.

  • Adaptability

Life changes. Your plan should too. We adjust based on what’s actually happening, not what looked good on paper.

  • Long-Term Thinking

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building sustainable systems and habits that hold up long after we’re done working together.
